Mozilla Instructions

 

  1. Open up Mozilla mail.  Once opened, go to the top menu bar and choose Edit

  2. From the Edit menu, select Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings

  3. Under the name of the mail account on the left, click on Server Settings

  4. On the right side of the screen, type in the following information:

    Server Name: 
    pop3.newulmtel.net (New Ulm, Springfield, Redwood Falls & Aurelia customers)
    pop3.hutchtel.net (Hutchinson and Litchfield customers)
    User Name:  Enter your full e-mail address
     

  5. In the left column, click Outgoing Server (SMTP)

  6. On the right side of the screen, type in the following information:

    Server Name: 
    smtp.newulmtel.net (New Ulm, Springfield, Redwood Falls & Aurelia customers)
    smtp.hutchtel.net (Hutchinson and Litchfield customers)
    Put a check mark in Use name and password
    User Name:
      Enter your complete e-mail address
        (NOT just your username)
     

  7. Click OK

  8. When you send your first message you will get a box asking for your password.  Type in your password and put a check mark in the box that says Use Password Manager to remember this password.
