IncrediMail Instructions

 

  1. Double click on the IcrediMail / Mail Icon. Once opened, go to the top menu bar and choose Tools

  2. From the Tools menu, select Accounts

  3. Under the Account column, highlight the default mail account name by clicking on it once

  4. Click Properties

  5. In the General tab, the following information should be typed in:

    Display Name: Your real name (if you want to be identified)
    E-mail Address: Type your e-mail address here
     

  6. Click on the Servers tab

  7. Enter the following information:

    Incoming mail:
    pop3.newulmtel.net (New Ulm, Springfield, Redwood Falls & Aurelia customers)
    pop3.hutchtel.net (Hutchinson and Litchfield customers)
    Outgoing mail:
    smtp.newulmtel.net (New Ulm, Springfield, Redwood Falls & Aurelia customers)
    smtp.hutchtel.net (Hutchinson and Litchfield customers)
    Account name:
    Enter your full e-mail address
       
    Password: Enter password (mix of letters and numbers, with both upper and lowercase letters)
        (Password will only show as *****)
     

  8. Put a check mark in the box that says Remember Password

  9. Put a check mark in the box that says My Server Requires Authentication

  10. Click More Settings

  11. Put a dot in front of Use same settings as my incoming mail server

  12. Click OK

  13. Click OK

  14. Click Close
