Will TiVo work with my new digital TV service?

Yes, TiVo Series 1 and Series 2 will work with the NU-Telecom digital TV service. 

TiVo Series 3 and High Def TiVo that uses cable cards will not currently work with NU-Telecom digital TV service.

Set-up Tips

1. The TiVo system will need to be installed by the main Gateway in your home.
2. If you have DSL service, it may be helpful to connect the TiVo to the DSL line too (this will allow for quick and continuous updates from TiVo).
3. During initial set-up / programming of the TiVo box, you will need to enter the manufacturer of the cable box / gateway.  Expand the list of options in the set-up menu and select Next Level Communications - do not select Motorola.
4. Note: TiVo Series 2 offers a dual tuner feature.  This feature will not work with our system.  You can choose to disable this feature when setting-up your TiVo.
