Do I need an additional phone line to get Internet?

FETCH DSL Internet can run over your existing phone line.  Using FETCH Internet, you may use the Internet and talk on the phone at the same time. 

Dial-up service can also use your existing phone line, however you can only be talking on the phone or using the Internet.  You can't do both at the same time.  While you are connected to the Internet with dial-up, no calls can come through.  Dial-up customers can get a second line to keep the phone line open at all times.

Since a dial-up connection will tie up your telephone line, you may wish to consider the advantages of one of these options:

• DSL - Fetch High-Speed DSL service lets you use the telephone and the Internet at the same time with one phone line.
• Voice Mail - When the Internet is connected, callers can leave you a message instead of getting a busy signal.
• 2nd Phone Line - A second phone line for the Internet will leave your primary telephone line free for calling.
