Enter your full first name and last name |
| Step B:
Your account number can be found on your phone bill. You must enter the
entire account number exactly as it appears on your phone bill. If you
do not know what your account number is, please feel free to call our
offices. |
| Step C: The
phone number must contain the area code as well as your phone number and
must not contain any dashes or spaces. For example: 5073540000
(where this would be your phone number). |
| Step D: Desired
Username can be any combination of letters or numbers with a minimum of
6 characters and a maximum of 31. You can use a combination of uppercase
and lowercase letters. If using uppercase and lowercase letters, please
be sure to remember which combination you use when logging in |
| Step E: Desired
Logon Password can be any combination of letters or numbers with a
minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 31. You can use a combination
of uppercase and lowercase letters. If using uppercase and lowercase
letters, please be sure to remember which combination you use when
logging in |
| Step F: Retype
the same password exactly as you typed in in Step E. |
| Step G: If
you no longer wish to receive a bill via the U.S. Postal System, check
the first circle. You will still be responsible for paying your bill by
the 10th day of each month. If you still wish to receive your bill via
the U.S. Postal System make sure that option is selected |
| Step H: When
you have entered all of the information and all of the information is
correct, click on the Register button to become a registered user. |
