Setting Up Your Remote with the Gateway Box

Setting up Gateway ID #
1. Point remote at Gateway.
2. Press & hold the SELECT and MUTE buttons. Hold both buttons down together until the LED button flashes, then release both buttons.
3. Press the B button and enter your three digit Gateway ID # (3 digit code - call local NU-Telecom office if you do not know your code)

Setting up Remote for TV Stream
1. Press & hold the SELECT and MUTE buttons. Hold both buttons down together until the LED button flashes, then release both buttons.
2. Press the A button and then the stream you wish to use:
Stream 1 = Channel 4
Stream 2 = Channel 8
Stream 3 = Channel 13
4. The LED button will blink rapidly when code is accepted.

Setting up remote for power and volume
1. Turn TV on.
2. Point remote at TV.
3. Press & hold the SELECT and MUTE buttons. Hold both buttons down together until the LED button flashes, then release both buttons.
4. Use the up and down arrow buttons until TV turns off.
5. Press the SELECT button to store the TV code.
 

Using Your Remote

How to set auto-tune
1. Use your remote to enter the on-screen guide.
2. Highlight the show that you want to auto-tune and hit the Info button.
3. On the next screen select Actions.
4. Select Automatic Tune on the last screen.
5. The guide will then give you the option to choose how often you want to set the auto-tune for this show.
6. Once you have set the auto-tune option, an icon that looks like a clock will appear in the on-screen guide next to that show.
7. You can follow the same steps above to cancel an auto-tune selection.

How to set parental controls
1. Push the Menu button on your remote.
2. Select Parental Controls from the list of options that appear on your screen.
3. Select Create Parental Controls and type in the 4-digit password that you want to use.
4. After you have created a password, you can use the Parental controls menu to set the specific locks that you desire on your TV.

How to set favorite channels
1. Push the Menu button on your remote.
2. Select Set Up Channels from the list of options that appear on your screen.
3. Select Favorite Channels
4. A list of all the channels will appear on your screen.
5. Scroll through the channels and hit the Select button when you find a channel that you want to add to your favorites list.
6. Once you have selected your favorite channels, an icon that looks like a star will appear next to these channels on your on-screen guide.
7. When looking for programming to watch on your TV, you can easily access your favorite channels by hitting the FAV key on your remote. Each time you hit this button, your guide will move to the next channel in your favorites list.

How to re-arrange the channel order on the on-screen guide
1. Push the Menu button on your remote.
2. Select Set Up Channels from the list of options that appear on your screen.
3. Select Change Channel Order
4. A list of all the channels will appear on your screen.
5. Highlight the channel you want to move, and hit the Select button
6. Use the arrow keys to move that channel to your desired location.
7. Once you have changed the order of your channels, hit the Exit button to return to the main screen. Your channel numbers will now appear in the order that you have selected.
8. If you want to reset your channels to the default order, you can select the Reset option on the left side of your screen.

Aqua – Basic Programming
Purple – Movies
Blue– Children’s Programming
Green - Sports
