Go Back to Packages

Forward calls to another location, and you won't have to give out other phone numbers or leave messages about where you're going. When activated, your phone will signal with a short ring each time it forwards a call. You can make outgoing calls as usual, but can't receive incoming calls unless Call Forwarding is deactivated.

To Activate Call Forwarding:

  1. Listen for dial tone.

  2. Dial *72 (on rotary phones, dial 7-2 and wait four seconds).

  3. Listen for dial tone.

  4. Dial the number you want to forward your calls to.

  5. Call Forwarding is in effect when you hear 2 beeps.

To Deactivate:

  1. Listen for dial tone.

  2. Dial *73 (on rotary phones, dial 7-3 and wait four seconds).

  3. Listen for two beeps, then hang up.

  4. The feature is no longer in effect, and calls will ring on your phone.
