Getting Started
Please note: Your mailbox number is your 10 digit phone number.
Dial *09.
When prompted for your password, enter the default password
1234 followed by the # key.
You will now be at the Voicemail Main Menu.
Change Your Password
Press Option 3 to change your password.
Enter 4 to 8 digits for your password, followed by the # key.
You will now be at the Voicemail Main Menu.
Record Your Personal Greeting
Press Option 5 from the Main Menu.
Press Option 1 for No Answer.
Record your Personal Greeting and when finished, press the #
key.
Press 1 to Review or 2 to Delete and Re-Record if
necessary.
Press 3 to Save and use your greeting.
You will now be at the Voicemail Main Menu.
Record Your Name
Press Option 5 from the Main Menu.
Press Option 4 to Record Your Name.
Record your name followed by the # key.
You will now be at the Voicemail Main Menu.
Accessing Your Voicemail
From Your Own Phone
Dial *09.
When prompted, enter your Voicemail password.
From Another Phone
Dial 233-6501.
When prompted, dial your 10 digit phone number.
When prompted, enter your Voicemail password.

Dial your phone number.
When your greeting begins, press the * key.
When prompted, enter your Voicemail password.
After listening to new messages, you will be presented with the
Voicemail Main Menu.

Short Cuts
To move backward 5 seconds, press the 7 key.
To move forward 5 seconds, press the 9 key.
To jump to the end of a greeting or message, press the # key.
To skip a message during the greeting or after the message,
press the 8 key.
To pause a message, press the 8 key during a message.
To return to the Main Menu during the greeting or after the
message, press the * key.
To replay the message, press the * key during a message.
