Included Features
Private Number: Each mailbox has its own private number. This number is
used to both leave and retrieve messages. With your own private number, you can
retrieve your messages from virtually anywhere in the world.
Personal Passcode: You can set up a unique passcode to insure privacy.
This passcode can be from 6 to 10 digits. You can change the passcode and its
length at any time. Only you will know what the passcode is.
Call Forwarding: With this feature, your business or residential calls
can be forwarded to your private mailbox number.
Tutorial: The first time you call your new mailbox, VoiceMemo will walk
you through a tutorial that helps you set up your passcode and record your name
and personal greeting for your callers.
Time and Day Stamp: Each message is "stamped" with the time and date it
was received.
Message Storage: You can skip or keep messages to review them later.
Message Notification: This feature lets you know you have a message on
your line by either a stutter dial tone, an indicator light on your telephone,
or by pager if you subscribe to pager service.
Future Delivery: If you're planning your calendar now, you can record a
reminder and schedule that message for delivery next week or next month.
Message Give: When you receive a message, you can give a copy of it to
another mailbox or mailboxes in your group. This feature also allows you to
record comments to accompany the message.
Confirmation of Delivery: When you send a message to anyone and request a
receipt, VoiceMemo tells you who has and who has not played the message yet.
Automatic Wake-up: This feature allows you to program your phone to ring
at designated times during the day as reminders or "wake-up" calls.
Savings Retrieval: When you call your mailbox to pick up your messages
and there is an unplayed message waiting, VoiceMemo will answer immediately - no
ringing is heard. If there are no unplayed messages, the phone will ring at
once. If calling long distance, hang up immediately and you will not have to pay
for the call.

away.

number of new messages. You may keep, discard, or listen to them again.

prompt you for the information.
